Refund policy
Returns-
Our policy lasts 14 days including weekends. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the receipt. Tags must be unaltered and attached, unworn, unwashed, no fragrences or deodorant on the item. If you return your item and we find any of the above conditions it is your responsibility to pay for the return shipping and you will not be issued store credit for the item. Additionally, if you do not have the item shipped back to you with in 14 calendar days including weekends it will be donated to charity.
Additional non-returnable items:
Any items that you purchase while at a popup show or conference will be nonreturnable or exchangeable. We have dressing rooms provided so you can ensure the items fit properly. Any flaw that you discover needs to be addressed in person. We have signs that are posted at the conferences that all sales are final during in-person conference shopping.
In Person purchases including Store Locations: Final Sales/Clearance, Fragrances, Gift cards, and Hair Accessories
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your products until you have spoken with a representative of our company by email or phone. (PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT OUR PERSONAL SOCIAL MEDIA. YOUR INQUIRY WILL ONLY BE ANSWERED THROUGH OUR SEVERAL MAIN & CO EMAIL).
Refunds (if applicable)-
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed in the form of store credit less the shipping amount.
There is often some processing time before a store credit is posted.

Sale or Discounted Items-
Only regular-priced items may be sent back for store credit. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be returned as they are final sales.
Exchanges-
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during shipping or a manufactures defect. You may send your item back in its original condition to be issued store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit it will be the original purchase amount less the original shipping.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return.
